We design and deliver interiors for offices, residences, hospitality and institutional spaces — and we keep every discipline that supports an interior under one roof: architecture, civil, electrical and finishing trades.
Our approach is straightforward: keep ourselves updated with industry standards and technology; pair an in-house design and engineering team with a central stores facility that supplies every active site; and maintain a single point of accountability from concept board to handover.

Vaseem Ahmad is a civil engineer by training. He spent the first chapter of his career on site — running structural civil work under senior engineers on large institutional, commercial and residential projects across India.
A decade in the field gave him a measure of what a great build looked like — but it also showed him a gap. Design intent, finishing quality and a single line of accountability weren't always consistent across the industry, no matter how big the project.
Unity Brothers was founded in 2021 to close that gap — the practice he wished he could have hired on every project he ran. Engineering precision paired with creative interior design, run end-to-end by one accountable team.
Today, the firm channels his years on site and a commitment to quality-led design into every interior, fit-out and build we deliver — bringing creativity, discipline and detail to the field that matters most to him: design.
